In which currency are the prices shown on the website?

All prices are quoted in GBP.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We try our best to ship items as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-3 days production time for your order to ship, average shipping times are 5-14 days.

Tracking numbers will be updated within one day after your order has been shipped. If you order on sunday, you may recieve your tracking number a day later then usual. If you do not have a tracking number after 3 business days, please email us at info@london-loft.com.

I'm not satisfied with my order, can I return it? What if there's a problem?

We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to return the product to us for a full refund. You must return it at your own expense. Once we receive the product, we will refund you the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number on returned packages.

Please note: If your package is in transit, you will need to wait for it to arrive and return it before you can receive a refund.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order without incurring a penalty! You must cancel your order before it is dispatched. If the item has already been dispatched, please use our easy returns system to receive a full refund.

I entered an incorrect address, what should I do now?

If you have entered an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm it. Once you have verified that the address provided is incorrect, please notify us by email at info@london-loft.com.

If the address provided is incorrect, we can change the address to the correct address within 24 hours. No refund will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission.

Shipping times vary as we ship from different fulfillment centers worldwide depending on your location. The average shipping time is 5-14 business days.
